Crew management on a lump sum basis for
selected clients.
HeavyLift Manila Inc. has a crew management
package prepared to relieve the principals of any workload
whatsoever connected with the manning of their vessels, this
includes:

- procedures for joining ship - repatriating crew
- payment of salaries and allotments
of officers and crew
- medical
examinations and fitness certificates

follow up of international requirments
- crew P&I insurance
as well as handling of respective claims

qualification and certification of crew

The team is very aware of
the principals commercial aspects and competitive difficulties
and deals with any situation cost saving and efficiently. The
Accounting system is fully computerized and clients are billed
on a monthly lump sum basis to keep accounts up to date and
to furnish other financial information needed.
Yacht-Crewing with Filipino-Crew
for Services-, Deck-, and Engine-department.
Tailor-made to the wishes of each customer
we could offer an individually in-house training of crews
for service-, deck and engine-department qualified according
a European standard.
Education and training facilities
could maintain classes from minimum 10 people to a maximum
of 30 people. The individually in-house training for each
crew will take two (2) months. This situation provides you
an additional advantage for reliever-crews with equal standards
and training respectively.
